Kenny Simpson

Kenny previously served on the Wheatley Care Board between 2016 and 2019, and rejoined  in 2021 from the Cube Housing Association Board. Kenny is an experienced business leader with over 30 years' experience in housing and social care. A former local authority Head of Housing and Community Services and Policy Manager at COSLA, he holds an MBA from Glasgow University and was an Associate with Scotland's Housing Network. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and was formerly Chair of the association of local authority chief housing officers (ALACHO). Kenny was previously a Housing Associate with the Improvement Hub (part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland).
