As Head of Care, Emma has responsibility for the operational delivery and strategic direction across care services within Wheatley Group.

Emma has 25 years’ experience working in the health and social care sector and been part of Wheatley Care’s leadership team since 2019.

Emma has worked in a variety of settings with different client groups and holds several professional care qualifications. Emma has considerable experience in successful change management and service improvement, and is passionate about supporting people to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives in their own home.
