Who we work with

Our services, where required, are registered and regulated by the Care Inspectorate. We're also a registered charity with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator

The work we do must meet the statutory standards set by:

• Information Commissioner's Office – Scotland
• Care Inspectorate
• Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.

Our staff must be registered with the Scottish Qualifications Authority and attain the appropriate SVQ qualifications for their role.

We work closely with Local Authorities who commission the services we provide.

Where our customers also live in a Wheatley home, we work closely with our partners in Wheatley Group to make the relationship between support, home and community as strong as possible to meet individual needs.
